Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop of Nutrabio Whey Protein Isolate Alpine Vanilla

3 tablespoons Almond Flour

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

½ teaspoon Baking Soda

2 tablespoon Splenda or Stevia Baking Powder

¾ cup Egg Whites

1 teaspoon Applesause (unsweetened)

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

¼ cup Blueberries

Directions:

First mix together all dry ingredients, then mix together all wet ingredients (except for the blueberries). Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until there are no longer any clumps. Gently stir in the blueberries. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Spray a medium skillet or pancake grill with non-stick spray. Over medium heat add each pancake one at a time. Let cook for 2-4 minutes on each side. Be patient but watch carefully.
