Orders that are over $49 ship free via UPS ground or USPS priority mail (after discounts having been applied and prior to any applicable sales tax). Exclusions may apply for particular heavy items.
Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses. We currently do not ship internationally outside of this.
Please note the following regarding shipping of your order:
- We ship Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm CST, excluding holidays.
- Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed after 3 pm will begin to be processed the following business day.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
- UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Orders may be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS.
- Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing/shipment.
- Out of state shipments from where we have business locations will not be charged sales tax. Orders shipped to Indiana addresses will be charged 7% sales tax.
- International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed are in USD.
- We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
