Use
REPP Sports recommends, starting with half a scoop to assess your tolerance. Once tolerance is established, you can increase to one full scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of cold water 30-45 minutes before training.
Do not exceed one serving in a 24-hour period. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within six hours of bedtime.
Avoid taking it within five hours of any other caffeine or stimulant source.
