Use
Directions: SKULL should be consumed 20 minutes prior to any workout or exercise session. Depending on tolerance, start with 1/2 - 1 scoops and mix vigorously in 8 Oz of water until dissolved fully.
Important Note: Skull is a high-stimulant pre-workout. It's crucial to start with a lower dose and gradually increase as needed to assess your tolerance.
