Endurance or Cardio Training: Mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of cold water.
High Intensity Training and Functional Fitness: Mix 2 scoops with 12 oz of cold water.
High Volume Training and Muscle Building: Mix 3 scoops with 18 oz of cold water.
For optimal results, take Glycoload both before and after your workout. It can also be added to pre-workout formulas to further enhance performance.
