Recommended Dosage: The suggested use is to mix 1 scoop (5 grams) of Jocko Creatine with 8 ounces of liquid, once per day.
Timing:You can take Jocko Creatine at any time of day, but it's often recommended to take it after a workout to help replenish creatine stores in your muscles
Loading Phase: Some people choose to use a loading phase, which involves taking a higher dose of creatine (20 grams per day) for the first 5-7 days to quickly increase creatine levels in the muscles. However, this is not necessary, and the standard maintenance dose of 5 grams per day is generally sufficient.
