Directions: PANDAMIC LIMITED EDITION BLACK SNAKE should be consumed 20-30 minutes prior to any workout or exercise session. Mix 1-2 scoops and mix vigorously in 8-14 oz of water until fully dissolved. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor level. If you are a first-time user, start with 1/2 to 1 scoop to gauge tolerance.
