Use
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 or 2 scoops in 8 to 12 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. It is recommended to stay adequately hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta-alanine. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.
