SUGGESTED USE: If you’re new to the game, start with ½ scoop mixed with 6-12 oz of water and drink it 30 minutes before you train. If you’re a seasoned warrior, go for 1 full scoop with water and drink it 30 minutes before you train. EVEN IF YOU’RE A GOD OF WAR, DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 SCOOP IN A DAY.
