Use
SUGGESTED USE: For beginners, SHAKE WELL and pour 1/2 serving (1 fl. oz) to fill 2 Tablespoons, and take 30 minutes before training. For the truly hardcore, consume 1 serving (4 Tablespoons) (2 fl. oz). DO NOT EXCEED 1 serving in a 24 hour period.
