Use
SUGGESTED USE: Take 4 (four) capsules 30-45 prior to training with approximately 4-6 ounces of water. Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food or mixed with protein to assist in the muscle recovery and to keep elevated ATP and Creatine in the muscle pool.
