Recommended Use:
Dosage: Add 1-3 scoops of MRP to 8-14 ounces of cold water or your favorite beverage.
Timing: Take MRP when you can't find time to cook a healthy meal or as a healthy alternative to a typical snack.
Variations: To make a creamy smoothie, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend for 20-30 seconds. For pudding, slowly stir water into the powder until you achieve a pudding consistency and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
