Use
Anytime: Mass Gainer should be combined with a high-calorie diet and weight training or other high-intensity exercise. Use Mass Gainer in conjunction with the food you normally eat for additional daily calories. Do not use Mass Gainer in place of meals.
Mixing Directions: Add two (2) heaping scoops of Mass Gainer with 20-24 oz. of water, or milk, in a shaker cup or blender and mix it up!
Alternate Suggested: Mix in a blender, add your favorite fruit, a tablespoon of peanut or tree nut butter, and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified smoothie! Calorie-Dense Suggested Mix In a blender, add one (1) serving of Mass Gainer, 20-24 oz. of whole milk, and two (2) scoops of ice cream. Blend and enjoy a protein-fortified shake!
