HOW TO USE IT
No matter what type challenge you are looking to crush, Roar™ supports the energy and endurance you'll need to take down anything standing in your way.^
R1 ROAR is best consumed about 30-45 minutes before exercise. Add one (1) scoop to 8-12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. DO NOT exceed two (2) servings in a 24 hour period.
Alternate Suggested Use
Unflavored supplement powders like R1 Pump, BCAAs, or glutamine may be easily added to the above mix.

Each serving contains approximately 175mg caffeine, equivalent to 2 cups of strong coffee.
