Directions for Use
Recommended Dosage: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) per 100 pounds of body weight 1 hour prior to training. Mix with approximately 16 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Creatine HCL can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. For supercharged results, take 2 scoops per 100 pounds of body weight.
Non-Training Days: Take 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight to assist with muscle recovery.
