Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Post JYM Fast-Digesting Carb into 16-24 0z. of water and consume within 30 minutes after workouts. For better results, consider adding one scoop of Post Jym Recovery Matrix. 

Endurance athletes, mix 1 scoop of Post JYM  Fast-Digesting Carb in 24 oz. of water and consume during prolonged exercise for energy and hydration.
